Dear dr Tomialowicz,

In view of the construction of an evidence-based case report - a graduation assignement at our university -, we are evaluating the proper (profylactic) therapy during pregnancy for women who are familiar with previous thrombovenous embolism.

Thereby we encountered your article concerning 'Assessment of the effectiveness of using low molecular weight heparin in the prophylaxis of venous thrombo-embolic diseases in obstetrics', as published in Ginekologia polska in 2000. Based on the abstract we found it highly interesting, but unfortunately our university does not provide access to this journal.

Therefore I was wondering if you are willing to share the full-text with us, as we believe it may be of great importance to our EBCR. Since one of my best friends is originally from Poland, the language in which the article is written shouldn't form a problem. Thank you in advance.
